We've Got to Admit It's Getting Better, A Little Better All the Time....

With apologies to Lennon/McCartney, we are very happy to say there's some positive movement in the residential real-estate market in southeastern Pennsylvania. Deals are coming together, prices are falling (frankly, some properties still need to drop a bit more if the owners truly want to sell) and borrowers are getting more comfortable with the mortgage application process. For more on how the market is doing in cities around the U.S., read James Hagerty's story in today's Wall Street Journal.
